Coaching individuals to make their tacit knowledge explicit using knowledge mapping and encourage them to share this critical resource.
Capturing heuristics, stories, best practices, solutions to common problems and how too's in a corporate memory which is easily maintained.
My focus is on knowledge as a corporate asset (obtain alignment, improve innovation, build trust, encourage sharing, enable continual learning, assess risk and plan for protection).
