| Grace Baptist Church
believes one-hundred percent in the importance of ministering to our
children. Each week hundreds of children come under the teaching of
God's Word at Grace Baptist Church.
Grace Baptist has an exciting age-graded Sunday School, beginning with
our nursery age children (2-3 year olds), and continuing through
Beginners (4-5 year olds), Primary (1st-3rd grades), and Juniors
(4th-6th grades).
Children's Church meets while the Morning Service is being held (10:45
am -- 12:15 pm). Our pastoral staff along with a few of the men in our
church take turns preaching in Children's Church. Children ages two
through 6th grade are welcome to attend. We have many exciting visual
methods of presenting Bible truths to each age group including puppets,
clowns, chalk talks, Gospel illusions, and missionary stories. Your
children will LOVE every minute!
Every July, Grace Baptist Church takes about eighty children from 1st
through 6th grade to camp for an exciting week of camp. The program is
run by families in the church.
Junior Camp 2005 was held at Camp Assurance in
Georgetown, Illinois. The "Hatfields and McCoys" was the theme for this
year's camp.
