Chassis Dyno Test • Street Machine Nationals

While at the Street Machine Nationals we took the opportunity to put our car up on the mobile chassis dyno that Werx Motorsports brought to the event. The machine was simply a dyno built into a trailor. While the car was being backed up the ramps I heard somebody behind me say "I'll bet it makes 150 horsepower." I laughed to myself. The car was not running it's best, but we still managed to break the 300 horsepower barrier. We didn't unhook our ultra-restrictive 2.5 inch exhaust either. I would guess that with the headers opened we are pushing more than one horsepower per cube at the flywheel. Check out the engine page to find out more about our combo.
