DOGs™We at Jack’s DOGs have identified a common thread in families of children with special needs who, usually because of age, cannot get companion or assistance dogs. So often, they wish a family pet could fill the gap with emotional and physical therapies, companionship, and bits of assistance. The common thread is that their levels of stress – emotional, physical and financial – prohibit them from successfully training a dog on their own.
We want to help these families achieve realistic results by showing them simplified training skills and helping them recognize their pets’ “dogability”.
