This is a reprint of George's 1980 book and was done with his permission.
The pages of the book were reduced in size so that two pages can fit on
an 8.5 x 11 page. This format substantially reduced the printing
cost. The book is printed on acid-free paper and the front cover
is clear plastic so that George's novel title page shows through the cover.
The content is identical with a few additional pages in the back.
